Ideally your physical evaluations shouldn’t be more than 3 months apart (4x per year). Keeping a close eye on your overall function is critical to success in your practice and as you compete out on the course. Are you able to finish rounds strong? If you struggle down the stretch, we can help you determine why! From poor on-course nutrition to muscular and mental fatigue (very closely related to proper nutrition), a physical evaluation will help paint a picture for why you may not be finishing those rounds with as much energy and focus as when you started.
