Information you give us
When you fill in a form on this site we collect what you enter, which may include:
- your name, email address, phone number and ZIP code;
- the program, service or event you’re interested in and how you heard about us;
- for junior programs, your child’s name and details you choose to share about their golf;
- event bookings, including the session you reserve;
- answers you submit in a player development (PDI) assessment.
Information collected automatically
With your consent where the law requires it, we and our analytics providers use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how you arrived at the site, your browser and device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and how you interact with our pages and forms.
How we use your information
- to respond to consultation, fitting and other enquiries;
- to register you for events, programs and leagues and to manage those bookings;
- to send the newsletter and updates you’ve asked for;
- to understand how the site is used and improve it and our marketing;
- to keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations.
For visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, our legal bases are: your consent (analytics and marketing cookies, newsletter); taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement (enquiries and bookings); our legitimate interests in running and improving our business (site security, service records); and compliance with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- HubSpot — our CRM and marketing platform; form submissions, newsletter subscriptions and website activity are stored there.
- Zoho CRM — enquiries are also recorded as leads.
- Supabase — hosts our booking database.
- Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads) — site analytics and advertising measurement.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — the Meta Pixel measures and personalizes our ads on Meta’s platforms.
- Vercel — hosts this website.
- GolfPDI — provides the player development assessment.
- Matterport and YouTube — when you open the virtual tour or play a video, those services load from their own servers and apply their own policies.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, and to a successor if the business is reorganized or sold.
Cookies
We group the cookies used on this site into these categories:
- Necessary — required for the site to work, including remembering your cookie choice and signing staff in. These are always on.
- Analytics — Google Analytics (
_ga,_ga_*) and HubSpot (__hstc,hubspotutk,__hssc,__hssrc) cookies that tell us how visitors use the site and connect form submissions to past visits. - Advertising — Google (
_gcl_au) and Meta Pixel (_fbp) cookies that measure and personalize our advertising.
We ask for your consent before any analytics or advertising cookies are set. Until you accept, Google tags run in a restricted, cookieless mode. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time:

How long we keep it
We keep contact and enquiry records for as long as you have a relationship with us and for a reasonable period afterwards, and booking records as long as we need them for our business and legal records. Analytics cookies expire on their own schedule, which is at most 13 months for HubSpot and two years for Google Analytics.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent doesn’t affect anything we did before. You can unsubscribe from our emails with the link in any of them.
To make a request, email info@thegolfperformancecenter.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. If you are in the EEA or UK and are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers process data in the US. Where information about EEA, UK or Swiss residents is transferred, we rely on our providers’ safeguards, such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Children
Many of our athletes are juniors, but this site is meant for parents and guardians. We don’t knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no website or online service is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
