Brittney Romagna

Brittney Romagna is a graduate student at NYU Steinhardt completing her degree in Mental Health Counseling. Over the last five years, Brittney has invested herself in psychological research with vulnerable populations. Brittney currently contributes to research teams at Yale University and New York University. She will be pursuing her doctorate at Fordham University in the fall to further invest in research and academic work. Brittney has extensive experience developing programming for student-athletes at Ethan Allen Preparatory School in connection with The Golf Performance Center. She is a mental health and wellness counselor and Mind Body Well Therapy, a private practice with a focus on the cultivation of resilience. She has a BA in Psychology and holds certifications in Mental Health First Aid and Sexual Assault/Domestic Violence Counseling. Brittney is a published researcher for Western Connecticut  State University’s Vision and Cognition Lab, focusing on the effects of stress on spatial reasoning, bringing a deeper understanding of the human brain and what it needs to learn. Brittney enjoys developing arts-based programming for student athletes and is a member of the Young Professionals Leadership Group for the Art Therapy Project, a nonprofit mental health organization providing free group art therapy to adults and youth affected by trauma. Brittney’s clinical interests include trauma-informed work, sport psychology, and art therapy initiatives.

Kyle Panek

Kyle Panek is a certified Sports Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has been helping athletes achieve their performance goals on and off the playing field for over five years. He also holds certifications as a TPI Level One Coach as well as a Precision Nutrition Coach. Kyle attended Elms College in Chicopee, MA where he was a collegiate athlete, competing on the Elms College Golf Team. He grew up in Belchertown, MA playing sports throughout high school and college. Kyle decided to take that passion for sport and become a coach to help athletes feel better, move better and ultimately help athletes perform their best in the gym and on the course! During his off time, Kyle enjoys playing golf, workout sessions of his own and learning more about performance and exercise.
